Job Description

Customer Service:

Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving issues promptly.

Sales and Marketing:

Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals, managing promotional activities, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining appropriate stock levels, ordering merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock effectively.

Financial Management:

Managing store budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability.

Store Operations:

Overseeing daily operations, ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Reporting:

Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for upper management.

Maintaining store appearance:

Ensuring the store is clean, organized, visually appealing, and displays are aligned with guidelines and standards.

Monitoring sales performance:

Analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Must have proper knowledge about all parts of vehicles.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
