Job Summary:

We are hiring a Store Manager for a reputed furniture showroom in Gota, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing in-store operations, customer interactions, billing, coordination with warehouse/delivery, and overall store performance.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable product recommendations Generate invoices, manage billing, and ensure accurate documentation using basic accounting tools Maintain stock, sales records, customer logs, and daily operational reports Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently and ensure excellent customer service Manage in-store sales and follow up on leads and inquiries Resolve customer complaints or service issues in a timely and professional manner Support showroom promotions, local marketing activities, and after-sales service when needed

Required Skills:

Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Familiarity with Tally Prime will be considered a plus Customer service oriented and well-organized
