Timing: 10 am to 8:00 pm
Role Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail store operations, with a focus on kitchenware and culinary products. This includes managing staff, optimizing sales, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing effective merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchenware trends and customer preferences in the home and lifestyle retail segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.
Sales & Customer Service: Drive store sales to meet/exceed targets. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure superior service and customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, place reorders, perform stock audits, and reduce shrinkage. Ensure optimal display and availability of fast-moving kitchenware items.
Merchandising: Plan and execute visual merchandising displays to promote seasonal or high-margin products.
Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure the store complies with all safety, health, and retail standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in retail, preferably in kitchenware or home products.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong understanding of inventory and stock control processes.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Proficiency in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Traits:

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
