Job Description

We are looking a dynamic and experienced store manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This role's duties include managing staff, implementing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, an understanding of retail trends and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Lead and supervise staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

3. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering, receiving, and merchandising.

4. Drive sales and profitability by implementing strategies to achieve financial goals.

5. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

6. Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.

7. Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

8. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

9. Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives.

10. Maintain strong communication with regional or corporate teams regarding operational needs.

Education

:

Minimum Graduate.

Experience:

2 Years experience as a Store manager .

Working Day:

Monday to Sunday

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
