Job Summary

We are looking for a

responsible, organised, and people-friendly Store Manager

to handle the day-to-day operations of our craft store. The role involves

store operations, team handling, inventory control, customer experience, and coordination with workshops and online orders

.

This is a

hands-on role

, ideal for someone who enjoys retail management, creativity, and structured work.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

Oversee daily store opening, closing, and smooth functioning Ensure the store is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing Maintain proper product display, stock arrangement, and pricing
Team Management

Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks Ensure staff follow store processes and customer service standards Coordinate duty schedules and monitor attendance
Inventory & Stock Management

Track stock levels and identify fast-moving and slow-moving items Coordinate with management for stock replenishment Ensure proper inward, billing, and stock update procedures Prevent stock loss and maintain inventory accuracy
Customer Experience

Ensure every customer receives a warm and helpful store experience Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution Support customers with product selection, especially craft materials
Billing & Reporting

Oversee billing and POS operations Prepare basic daily and weekly sales reports Coordinate with management on sales performance and store needs
Online Orders & Workshops Support

Coordinate packing and dispatch of online orders Support workshop arrangements and coordination when required Ensure workshop materials are prepared and organised on time
Required Skills & Qualities

Strong organisational and leadership skills Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred) Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp) Ability to multitask and handle store pressure during peak seasons Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset Interest in art, craft, or retail is a big plus

Experience & Education

Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in retail/store management preferred A degree in any discipline is acceptable.

Work Timings

Full-time

Weekend and festive season availability
