We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee operations at our Gangtok store and lead our team towards achieving growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily store operations.
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Manage stock, inventory control, and ensure timely replenishment.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.
Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies for growth.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and guidelines.
Coordinate with management for promotions, campaigns, and store activities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role (preferably in electronics retail).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of retail management best practices and customer service excellence.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Graduate degree preferred (MBA in Retail/Management is a plus).
