Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee complete store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning. Lead, supervise, and motivate the store staff to achieve business objectives. Drive sales performance while maintaining high standards of customer service. Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and financial reporting. Implement effective merchandising, promotions, and in-store campaigns. Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety, and audit standards. Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies for business growth. Train and develop staff for improved performance and productivity.

Key Skills Required

Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in

retail / store management

(minimum 5 years). Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and POS systems. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
