Job Description

1. Daily Restaurant Operations

Restaurant ki opening-closing process ko smoothly manage karna Floor, kitchen & billing team ko coordinate karna Table turn-around time, cleanliness & guest flow manage karna POS billing, cash handling & day-end closing report

2. Inventory & Store Management

Daily store inventory check (vegetables, dairy, dry items, disposables, housekeeping, beverages) GRN entry, purchase follow-up, shortage & excess stock ka control FIFO method follow karwana - expiry wastage control Vendor coordination & price tracking

3. Purchase Planning & Cost Control

Consumption analysis - daily / weekly consumption check Wastage reports, portion control aur theft prevention Purchase planning as per forecast (weekends, festivals, events) Store cost ko ideal percentage ke andar maintain karna Weekly stock report & purchase requirement sheet Inventory alerts, price changes, vendor issues report karna Experience: 3-7 years (restaurant industry required) Skills: Inventory, team handling, guest service, cash handling, hygiene control

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
