Futura Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible
Store Manager
to oversee all store operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of inventory management, vendor coordination, and purchasing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations including material receipt, storage, and issue of goods.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely entry of all stock in/out transactions.
Handle purchasing of raw materials, consumables, and tools as per production requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and transporters to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and prepare material requirement reports for management.
Conduct periodic stock verification and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure material storage and handling as per safety and quality standards.
Manage return materials, rejected items, and maintain records of debit/credit notes.
Supervise store staff and ensure discipline, cleanliness, and systematic arrangement in the store.
Report daily stock position and pending purchase/dispatch updates to the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Store Manager or Store Keeper in a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of purchase and logistics processes.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Hours:
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
