We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused

Studio Manager

to lead operations at one of our Pepperfry Studios. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for driving furniture sales, managing a small team, ensuring top-tier customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will be the face of Pepperfry in the local market, helping customers bring their dream spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Drive in-store furniture sales to meet and exceed targets. Offer personalized product recommendations to customers based on their needs, budget, and style preferences. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions.

Customer Experience

Deliver an exceptional customer experience through attentive service and clear communication. Address customer queries and concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Manage order processing, follow-ups, and post-sale service coordination.

Studio Operations

Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards. Coordinate with central teams for inventory, logistics, and promotional activities. Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with Pepperfry's aesthetics and sales strategy.

Team Management

Lead and mentor studio staff, including sales consultants and support personnel. Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations. Foster a positive, motivated, and customer-centric team culture.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
