About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our furniture retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and managing day-to-day operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability of the store.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand guidelines.
Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and after-sales service promptly.
Prepare and analyze sales reports and operational data.
Maintain store discipline, cost control, and adherence to company SOPs.
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions and stock planning.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage store operations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
