About the Role

DIGI MART is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to lead our Furniture & Decor retail store. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, drive sales performance, lead the store team, and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.

This role requires strong retail leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage a professional showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

o? ?Manage end-to-end store operations including sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and daily reporting

o? ??Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store as per company standards

o? ??Monitor KPIs and implement actions to achieve sales and operational targets

Team Leadership

o? ?Lead, train, and supervise the sales and support team

o? ??Foster a performance-oriented and professional work culture

Customer Experience

o? ?Ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience across all interactions

o? ??Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism

o? ??Build long-term customer relationships through service excellence

Inventory & Administration

o? ?Oversee stock planning, inward/outward movement, and inventory accuracy

o? ??Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment

o? ??Maintain store-level documentation, reports, and compliance

Required Experience & Qualifications

o? ?3-5 years of experience in retail store management

o? ??Background in furniture, lifestyle, apparel, or related retail segments preferred

o? ??Proven experience in team handling and sales management

Compensation

o? ?Salary: ₹35,000 - ?50,000 per month (including incentives)

o? ??Salary will be based on experience and performance.
