Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of the store, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control.
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.
Recruit, train, mentor, and lead store teams to deliver high performance and employee engagement.
Ensure brand-consistent visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and implement loss-prevention measures.
Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to optimize store performance.
Manage customer escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotions.
Enforce compliance with company policies, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
