Proven retail management experience, ideally in hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and inventory software.
Budgeting, forecasting, and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of visual merchandising and stock management.
