Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for the daily functioning of the store, team supervision, sales performance, inventory management, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee overall store operations including sales, staff, stock, and service. Drive sales targets and implement strategies to boost revenue. Ensure excellent visual merchandising aligned with brand aesthetics. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence. Supervise, train, and motivate in-store staff to achieve performance goals. Manage daily inventory, stock movement, and replenishment. Handle billing, returns, and customer feedback efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, display, and safety standards of the store. Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, footfall, and inventory status.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali A friendly and approachable personality Strong sense of fashion and styling (especially ethnic wear) Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory (training provided) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Customer-first attitude and a positive outlook
