We are expanding into the manufacturing segment for safety and packaging materials.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
The Store Manager will oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate documentation, and timely dispatches to meet client demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations - receiving, stacking, and issuing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock ledgers in ERP/manual systems.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and variance reporting.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch departments for material flow.
Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and safeguarded.
Oversee inward/outward entries, GRNs, and delivery challans.
Optimize space utilization and maintain a clean, safe storage environment.
Manage store team attendance, discipline, and task allocation.
Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in store management or warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and ERP systems.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced industrial environments.
Salary Range:
?16,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
