Job Overview

We're looking for a driven and experienced

Store Manager

to lead one of our high-performing restaurants. You'll be responsible for managing daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience -- all while maintaining operational excellence and maximizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve sales and service targets. Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and ordering. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Deliver an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. Recruit, train, and coach staff to create a strong, engaged, and high-performing team. Monitor and control labor costs, waste, and overall expenses to meet budget goals.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality sector. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team. Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Passion for food, service, and team development. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
