We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to handle the overall operations of our ladies ethnic wear showroom, Aarushe. The role includes managing daily store activities, supervising staff, ensuring smooth opening and closing of the store, maintaining visual merchandising and store hygiene, and delivering an excellent customer shopping experience. The manager will be responsible for staff scheduling, training, performance monitoring, inventory management, billing coordination, and handling customer concerns professionally. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in fashion retail or boutique management, strong leadership and communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle store operations independently.
