Store Sales Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
2. Customer Interactions:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, offering product recommendations, and resolving complaints promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Coordinating Deliveries:
Ensure timely coordination and execution of deliveries to customers.
Maintain clear communication with logistics partners and internal teams.
4. Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, expenses, and other operational metrics.
Prepare reports as required for management review.
6. Procurement Coordination:
Collaborate with the central procurement team to communicate demand for products based on customer requirements and future projections.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of products to the store.
Manage on-demand and advance order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
7. Store Employee Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
8. Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and minimize stock discrepancies.
Implement systems to track stock movement and prevent losses.
