Job Overview

We are looking for a

motivated and responsible Store Manager

to run our retail stores smoothly. If you enjoy leading a team, helping customers, and growing sales, this role is for you. You will be responsible for daily store operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day store operations Lead, train, and motivate store staff Ensure excellent customer service at all times Handle sales targets and improve store performance Manage inventory, stock levels, and store displays Maintain store cleanliness and safety Handle cash, billing, and basic reports Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
What We're Looking For

Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager (retail preferred) Good communication and leadership skills Basic knowledge of sales, inventory, and billing Ability to manage a team and work under pressure Willingness to work at different store locations if needed Honest, responsible, and customer-focused
Education & Experience

Minimum: High school / graduate (as applicable) Retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most
