Position Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will bring both business savvy and a love for delighting customers with frozen treats. You'll be the heartbeat of the store, responsible for team leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of staff with a positive, energetic attitude

- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers

- Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing procedures

- Drive sales through promotions and community engagement

- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health standards

- Conduct training for new team members and encourage skill growth

- Report on sales, expenses, and staff performance

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in food service or retail management (ice cream/quick service preferred)

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Basic proficiency in POS systems and MS Office

- Passionate about creating a fun and friendly customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
