Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain accurate records of
stock, inward/outward materials, and inventory levels
.
Implement effective
stock management and control procedures
to avoid shortages/overstocking.
Supervise and train store staff for efficiency and discipline.
Ensure timely
receiving, storage, and dispatch
of goods.
Coordinate with the
purchase and accounts team
for order placements and billing.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping.
Generate regular
stock and sales reports
for management review.
Build strong customer relations and ensure excellent service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience
in store/inventory management (preferably in electrical or similar industry).
Strong knowledge of
inventory management systems & MS Excel
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
