Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the food store. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage and motivate the store team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste. Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to maximize revenue. Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance. Handle customer complaints and queries effectively. Ensure the store meets all operational and safety standards. Maintain accurate financial records including sales reports, budgets, and expense tracking. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely replenishment of stock. Monitor and manage shrinkage and loss prevention.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food or grocery sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and retail compliance.
