Job Description

Staff Management:

Hiring and Training:

Recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees on restaurant procedures.

Scheduling:

Creating work schedules for both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Performance:

Supervising staff, providing feedback, appraising performance, and resolving conflicts.

Customer Service:

Satisfaction:

Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and delivering superior service.

Complaint Resolution:

Efficiently and effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints.

Operational Oversight:

Daily Operations:

Overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house daily operations.

Food Quality:

Monitoring and maintaining food quality standards.

Marketing:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotions to promote the restaurant.

Financial Management:

Budgeting and Costs:

Managing budgets, controlling operational costs, and reducing waste.

Inventory:

Tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and working with food and drink suppliers.

Reporting:

Creating reports on revenue and expenses to monitor the restaurant's financial health.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
