Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced

Store Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our Cake & Ice Cream Shop located at Telibandha. The role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inventory, and maintaining overall store efficiency during evening and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise store staff, allocate shifts, and ensure discipline and productivity Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally Monitor inventory of cakes, ice creams, raw materials, and packaging items Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and quality assurance Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions accurately Prepare and maintain daily sales and stock reports Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of food items Implement company policies, promotions, and operational guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Store Manager / Supervisor in a bakery, cafe, ice cream parlour, or food retail outlet Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory management Good communication and team-handling skills Ability to work evening and late-night shifts Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented approach
