We are seeking a proactive and organized

Store Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our flower shop. A passion for flowers, customer service, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations & Customer Service

Supervise daily store activities, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Manage walk-in, phone, and online orders efficiently. Coordinate timely flower arrangements and deliveries. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

2. Inventory & Supply Management

Maintain and monitor inventory of flowers, vases, wrapping materials, and other supplies. Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking. Minimize wastage by tracking flower freshness and rotation. Keep records of suppliers and negotiate for best quality and prices.

3. Order & Account Management

Record and manage customer orders, invoices, and receipts accurately. Maintain daily sales records and assist in preparing financial summaries. Handle cash and digital transactions responsibly. Support basic bookkeeping and coordinate with the accountant for monthly reports.

4. Staff Supervision & Coordination

Supervise floral designers, delivery personnel, and assistants. Schedule shifts and ensure efficient team performance. Provide training to new staff on customer service and store protocols.

5. Store Presentation & Marketing Support

Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist in seasonal decoration, promotions, and social media updates. Help plan and execute marketing campaigns or local events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or related field. Prior experience in a flower shop or retail environment preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic accounting and inventory management knowledge. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office / POS systems. Ability to work weekends and during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, weddings, etc.).
