Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the retail sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to junior executives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and brand loyalty.
Handle high-value customers, escalations, and complex sales queries.
Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and suggest improvement strategies.
Oversee visual merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness.
Manage inventory levels, restocking, and liaise with suppliers.
Implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service guidelines.
Prepare sales reports and present to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience in retail sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
