Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Set and achieve sales targets for the store. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue. Perform daily accounting activities including reconciliations of daily transactions, manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing. Monitor and manage inventory and orders. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock. Streamline and optimize store processes for efficiency. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 4+ years of retail management experience. Preferred experience in kids retail store.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
