We're looking for a Store Manager who is passionate about fashion, people, and premium retail. You'll lead daily store operations, drive sales, mentor a talented team, and ensure every customer experiences the warmth and sophistication that define anantam.
What You'll Do
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Fashion Consultants and Sales Associates.
Deliver exceptional customer service, personally assisting key and VIP clients.
Track daily sales, support team performance, and help achieve revenue goals.
Oversee store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
Handle operational tasks - rosters, attendance, reports, and stock audits.
Support onboarding, product training, and team development initiatives.
Maintain the brand's high standards of professionalism, discipline, and excellence.
Who You Are
Experienced in luxury or designer retail (4+ years)
A confident leader with 2+ years managing retail teams
Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
Detail-oriented, fashion-savvy, and operationally strong
Proficient in POS and retail management systems
Self-driven, dependable, and a natural problem solver
