Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom team to achieve sales and service targets
Maintain high standards of customer service and brand presentation
Handle day-to-day showroom operations smoothly and professionally
Train and guide team members on sales techniques and customer handling
Ensure proper coordination, discipline, and teamwork among staff
Manage customer concerns with grace and professionalism
Maintain visual merchandising and overall showroom ambience
Prepare reports related to sales performance and staff productivity
Strong personality with confidence and a polished appearance
Ability to lead by example and inspire the team
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
Fluent in
English and Hindi
(additional regional language is a plus)
