Operations Management
: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Staff Management
: Hire, train, and schedule staff; lead pre-shift meetings; coach team members; and build a positive, respectful team culture.
Customer Service
: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Financial & Sales Management
: Monitor sales performance and revenue growth, manage budgets, and control labor and food costs to meet profitability goals.
Inventory & Stock Control
: Monitor and manage inventory, control stock, and implement effective ordering systems to maintain adequate supplies.
Compliance
: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, including monitoring food quality and hygiene.
