A Store Manager in the fashion industry is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff management. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service: Driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer service.

2. Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, including stockroom organization and visual merchandising.

3. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and managing sales associates and other store staff.

4. Visual Merchandising: Creating visually appealing store displays and layouts.

5. Loss Prevention: Implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and theft.

Skills and Qualities:

1. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Merchandising Skills: Knowledge of visual merchandising and store layout.

Education and Experience:

3. Fashion Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of fashion trends, products, and industry practices.

LOCATION WILL BE : Rajajinagar .

2 TO 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF RETAIL/STORE MANAGEMENT.(FASHION/ APPAREL PREFERRED).
