Job Title: Store Manager a?? ERM (Electronic Raw Material)

The Store Manager a?? ERM is responsible for overseeing the complete store operations related to electrical and electronic raw materials. This includes inventory management, material receipt and issue, vendor coordination, store staff supervision, and ensuring accurate stock records while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations for electrical and electronic raw materials. Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials as per GRN. Maintain proper inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or overstocking. Issue materials to production / installation / project teams as per approved requisitions. Maintain stock records in ERP / Excel / inventory software. Conduct regular stock verification and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams. Ensure proper labeling, shelving, and safe handling of materials. Monitor material movement and reduce wastage or damage. Supervise store assistants and loaders. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and audit requirements. Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and consumption analysis. Handle vendor material returns and replacements if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Supply Chain, or related field. 3a??6 years of experience in store or inventory management (ERM preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic raw materials. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments. Basic understanding of GST, invoices, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

Experience in home automation, electrical contracting, or electronics manufacturing. Knowledge of FIFO / LIFO inventory practices. * Audit handling experience.
