Job Description

Store Manager Electrical is responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems, managing budgets, and leading a team to meet project goals. Key duties include planning and executing electrical installations, managing budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders. The role involves strategic leadership, technical oversight, and ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical infrastructure. Key responsibilities

Project management:

Plan and execute electrical projects from conception to completion, including defining specifications, scheduling installations, selecting contractors, and managing budgets.

Team leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians, including their performance evaluations and professional growth.

Operations and maintenance:

Ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems through regular inspections, testing, and scheduling repairs.

Compliance and safety:

Enforce safety standards, troubleshoot hazards, and ensure all electrical work complies with legal regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Technical and design oversight:

Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications, and provide technical guidance for projects and troubleshooting.

Strategic planning:

Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and integrate energy-efficient solutions.

Stakeholder coordination:

Liaise with internal departments, clients, consultants, and government bodies to ensure smooth project execution and timely approvals.

Financial management:

Create and manage project and operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
