Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store to ensure smooth functioning. Manage and lead the store team, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs. Coordinate and monitor

inbound

(receiving and stocking) and

outbound

(order fulfillment and dispatch) operations. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely stock replenishment. Ensure timely order processing, packaging, and delivery to meet customer expectations. Monitor performance metrics such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Resolve operational issues and handle escalations efficiently. Implement process improvements to optimize operations and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, procurement, customer service) for seamless operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
