Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including sales, stock, and staff management.
Ensure attractive product display, shelf arrangement, and store cleanliness.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely replenishment.
Monitor and update all grocery product rates daily
to maintain accuracy and competitiveness.
Drive promotions, offers, and in-store marketing activities to boost sales.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and customer service quality.
Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain billing accuracy, financial records, and overall store profitability.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and stock reports with regional/area managers.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
2-4 years of retail/store management experience (supermarket/grocery mart preferred).
Strong knowledge of
grocery product pricing, discounts, and stock rotation
.
Proficiency in
MS Office, retail POS systems, and basic accounting
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer handling skills.
Ability to lead a team and achieve store-level sales and profitability targets.
