Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for

driving revenue, delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, and leading a high-performing store team

for a multi-designer Indian luxury boutique. This role requires deep expertise in

luxury retail operations, high-value client management, people leadership, and P&L ownership

.

The incumbent will act as the

custodian of brand experience

, ensuring flawless execution across sales, service, operations, and visual standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Business Performance

Own

store P&L

with accountability for

?50 Cr+ annual turnover

Drive sales across

bridal, couture, and occasion wear categories

Develop and execute

store-level sales strategies

to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Monitor key KPIs: conversion, AOV, UPT, repeat clientele, and client acquisition Collaborate with HO on pricing, promotions, and new designer launches
Client Experience & Relationship Management

Personally manage

UHNI, HNI, and bridal clients

Build and nurture a

strong clienteling culture

with a focus on repeat and referral business Ensure

bespoke luxury service standards

from appointment booking to post-delivery follow-ups Handle escalations, special requests, and made-to-order timelines with sensitivity and discretion
Team Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of

senior sales stylists, tailors, CRM, and operations staff

Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews Train teams on

product knowledge, luxury selling skills, styling, and etiquette

Ensure optimal staffing, rostering, and productivity management
Operations & Store Excellence

Oversee end-to-end store operations including: Inventory planning & stock movement Trial room management and customization workflows Vendor coordination and designer liaison Cash, billing, and compliance processes Maintain

high VM and visual storytelling standards

aligned with brand identity Ensure SOP adherence and audit readiness at all times
Inventory & Designer Management

Work closely with designers and buying teams on: Collection planning and replenishment Sell-through analysis and slow-moving inventory Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and shrinkage control Manage sample handling, alterations, and couture timelines
Reporting & Strategic Inputs

Prepare and present

monthly business reviews

to leadership Provide insights on customer trends, product performance, and market competition Support expansion initiatives, pop-ups, exhibitions, and trunk shows
Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years

of experience in

luxury fashion / premium retail

Proven track record of managing

?30 Cr+ store revenue

Strong exposure to

Indian couture, bridal, or high-end occasion wear

Exceptional

client relationship and luxury service orientation

Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Well-groomed, articulate, and brand-aligned personality Comfortable working with

high-pressure timelines and demanding clientele
