Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and premium product positioning.
Monitor individual & team performance and guide them to improve conversion rates.
Understand trending products, fast movers, and customer buying patterns.
2. Customer Experience Management
Ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and premium service.
Resolve escalations, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Maintain long-term client relationships and build repeat business.
Oversee proper handling of warranties, service intakes, and product demonstrations.
3. Store Operations Management
Ensure daily opening & closing procedures are followed.
Oversee counter operations, billing, cash/UPI/card reconciliations.
Maintain SOPs across displays, cleanliness, stock arrangement, and security.
Ensure visual merchandising as per Lahore Watch Co. and brand guidelines (Seiko, Orient, etc.).
4. Team Management & Training
Lead, train, motivate, and discipline the sales team.
Oversee staff roster, attendance, grooming standards, and behavior.
Conduct product training, sales technique coaching, and daily briefing.
Address performance gaps and ensure a positive work environment.
5. Stock & Inventory Control
Supervise inward/outward stock, SKU counting, and stock accuracy.
Ensure product safety, proper locking, and complete inventory hygiene.
Report shortages, damages, and fast-moving inventory patterns.
Coordinate stock rotation with marketing/brand team as required.
6. Store Maintenance & Compliance
Ensure AC servicing, lighting, display counters, and storage areas are functional.
Report repairs and ensure the store is always in a
premium, tidy, and brand-consistent condition
.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily sales reports, footfall logs, and performance dashboards.
Share weekly action plans and store feedback with management.
Maintain complete documentation for service, warranty, customer details, and SOP compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in retail management (watch/jewelry/luxury retail preferred).
Strong leadership and customer-handling skills.
Good communication in Hindi & English.
Excellent product knowledge (training will be provided).
Strong understanding of billing, POS, inventory systems, and reconciliation.
Professional appearance and behavior.
