. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring excellent customer experience, and coordinating with internal teams using digital tools and software.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store operations, staff supervision, and sales activities.
Maintain proper inventory control, stock records, and timely reorder levels.
Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and customer service.
Handle billing, invoicing, and digital reporting using IT tools (Excel, POS systems, etc.).
Communicate effectively with management, suppliers, and customers in English.
Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain accurate data records.
Manage store budgets, targets, and expenses efficiently.
Train and support staff in customer handling and product knowledge.
Use IT systems to monitor stock levels, sales, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in store management or retail operations.
Strong knowledge of
MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management software

Excellent
