Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Store Manager from the lighting industry

who is proactive, results-driven, and experienced in showroom operations. The ideal candidate will lead the team, drive sales, and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and key clients in the lighting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee overall showroom operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning. Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Drive showroom sales and actively engage with architects, builders, interior designers, and corporate clients. Maintain and grow strong client relationships within the lighting industry. Monitor stock levels, product displays, and showroom aesthetics. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service. Implement company policies, procedures, and SOPs effectively. Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory efficiently. Conduct staff training on lighting products, sales strategies, and client engagement. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within the showroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Post Graduate . Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

retail/showroom management within the lighting industry mandatory.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a retail team. Strong relationships and network with architects, builders, and interior designers in the lighting sector. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep knowledge of lighting products, market trends, and showroom operations. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
