You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily store functions while ensuring the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding service and food quality. Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily sales reporting. Monitor and optimize staffing levels and labor scheduling to meet business demands. Maintain control of inventory, waste, and ordering to ensure stock levels are accurate and cost-effective. Ensure all employees follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to develop team members. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring repeat business. Track store performance against KPIs and implement strategies for improvement. Foster a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere aligned with Pizza Wings' culture.
