Key Responsibilities
Supervise
receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control
of all materials.
Maintain
accurate stock records
, issue slips, and documentation in both software and registers.
Monitor
stock levels
, perform daily/weekly/monthly audits, and raise indent requests as needed.
Ensure
FIFO (First-In-First-Out)
method for perishable items and expiry-sensitive materials.
Coordinate with
purchase, accounts, F&B, housekeeping, and other departments
for timely supply and delivery.
Generate and present
stock reports, consumption analysis, and cost-saving suggestions
to management.
Ensure proper
storage conditions
, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Identify and report
slow-moving or obsolete stock
and manage return/disposal.
Maintain compliance with
internal audit standards
and support external audit processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in
Commerce, Hotel Management
, or related field preferred.
Minimum
2-4 years of store/inventory management experience
in the hospitality sector.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, inventory software (e.g., IDS, eZee, or similar)

Strong organizational and
analytical skills
, with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stock categories.
