Store Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
Ensure proper stock levels and inventory management
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods
Monitor shelf displays, pricing, and cleanliness Sales & Customer Service
Drive sales targets and monitor team performance
Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively
Ensure a smooth billing and checkout process
Team Management
Supervise and train store staff (cashiers, helpers, floor staff)
Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules
Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily sales records and cash reports
Ensure adherence to store policies and safety protocols
Coordinate with the head office for audits or compliance checks.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
