About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced

Store Manager

to lead operations at our flagship location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys running a tight ship, mentoring staff, and ensuring that customers have a seamless and beautiful experience. An interest in plant care is a big bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and maintaining overall ambiance of the store Handle billing, cash, POS systems, and daily reconciliations Manage procurement, receive stock, maintain inventory records Build and maintain vendor relationships Ensure store upkeep, cleanliness, and display aesthetics Supervise, schedule, and train front-line staff Handle customer escalations or operational issues smoothly

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in retail store management (home decor, lifestyle retail experience preferred) Highly organized, dependable, and process-oriented Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Comfortable with digital tools (POS systems, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, basic coordination software) Hands-on leader who's not afraid to pitch in where needed Passionate about creating great customer experiences
