- Achieve monthly and annual store sales targets.
- Monitor upselling & cross-selling strategies.

Customer Experience & Relationship

- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service.
- Build long-term relationships with premium clients.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff.
- Create monthly rosters and manage performance appraisals.

Product Knowledge & Display

- Ensure the team has in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond & antique collections.
- Supervise visual merchandising and product arrangement.

Inventory & Stock Control

- Daily stock reconciliation.
- Prevent shrinkage and ensure all pieces are securely stored.

Billing & Cash Management

- Oversee all billing activities and ensure accurate tax invoicing.
- Handle end-of-day cash closing.

Compliance & Security

- Adhere to all safety, legal, and purity standards (e.g., BIS Hallmarking, diamond certification).
- Coordinate with security and CCTV monitoring.

Marketing & Promotions

- Implement in-store promotions, offers & campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing team for local events.

Customer Feedback & CRM

- Capture customer feedback and resolve complaints quickly.
- Maintain CRM data for loyalty programs.

Reporting & Analysis

- Send daily/weekly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
