Industry Experience:

Prior experience in Food & FMCG is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely store opening and compliance with all operational procedures

Maintain stock levels and implement effective loss prevention measures

Manage smooth store operations and daily team coordination

Maintain store assets in proper working condition

Interact with customers to gather feedback and share insights with the merchandising team

Optimize store space for better visibility and customer experience

Monitor manpower to maintain productivity and performance

Control shrinkage, expiry, and waste through process improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
