Role Overview

The

Manager Store (RM & PM)

will be responsible for end-to-end management of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials, ensuring seamless availability for production, strict regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination with internal departments. The role requires a

seasoned professional with strong leadership skills

, extensive knowledge of store operations, and proven experience within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

Maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages/excess inventory Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification Implement FIFO / FEFO practices rigorously Ensure real-time inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS

2. Receiving & Storage

Supervise receiving of RM & PM as per quality and specifications Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and safe storage Coordinate with QC for sampling and clearance Maintain hygienic storage conditions based on material sensitivity

3. Issuance & Dispatch

Issue materials according to batch requirements and production schedules Ensure accurate documentation and material traceability Maintain inward/outward movement records

4. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain all records as per SOPs, GMP, ISO, FSSAI requirements Ensure complete traceability and batch-wise accountability Participate in internal and external audits

5. Team Leadership

Supervise and train store staff for best practices and documentation Monitor team performance and compliance adherence

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with Procurement, QC, and Production teams Communicate material shortages or surplus proactively

7. Safety & Housekeeping

Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous/sensitive materials Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the store Enforce safety protocols, PPE use, and emergency procedures

Core Competencies

Expertise in ERP/WMS systems Inventory planning and MIS reporting Knowledge of FMCG industry compliance frameworks Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent documentation and record-keeping Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
