Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the store Handle customer inquiries and provide IT product recommendations Maintain stock records and inventory control Supervise sales and support staff Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely restocking Assist with billing and basic documentation Ensure the store is well-organized and clean

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred) Basic knowledge of computers and IT products Good communication and customer service skills Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage Ability to handle daily sales and stock records
