We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide product guidance.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on timelines and interests.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
Manage basic hospitality for guests and clients, creating a positive showroom experience.
Maintain and organize customer files and documentation.
Open and close the store in line with procedures.
Coordinate with back-end and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate information flow.
Requirements
2-5+ years of experience in retail, showroom, or hospitality settings (retail experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Energetic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable handling multiple tasks.
