- Complete store administration and to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Puts in efforts to control the cost and expenses.
- Tracks stock levels of food, supply and equipment and oversee ordering as necessary.
- Ensures that all raw materials are purchased as per company's guidance and Fssai rules.
- Coordinating with all the departments in the restaurant.
Regularly reviews product quality.
- Create detailed reports on weekly monthly and annual inventory.
- Should have basic knowledge of inventory software and excel.
- To keep a regular track of the stock usage and wastage.
